All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns before you purchase, please reach out to scott@scottreinhardmaps.com

Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at scott@scottreinhardmaps.com. 

Lost Packages
Scott Reinhard Maps is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and that you are shipping to a secure location. Scott Reinhard Maps is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect information.

Gifts
We will not include any invoices or prices on order marked "Gift" at checkout. We will automatically include "From [Your Name]" on the package (or gift note for framed order).

Shipping
Unframed prints will ship from New York via USPS first class mail with tracking. Framed prints will ship from Ohio via Fedex.
